Your Account - Wish List (Your Personal Shop)

The 'Wish List' is a repository for any products that you maybe interested in or may want to buy at a later date. Its ideal for all your favourite items because it saves you time having to search for your product when you want to buy them, now they will all be in one place, your own personal shop, you can add single items direct to your basket or items. The choice is up to you. You can add and remove products from your wish list at anytime.
This feature is for registered user only however and not available as a ‘Guest’ shopper.

You can even share you wish list with friends or family, ideal if its your birthday ! You simply click on ‘Share Wishlist’ add your chosen email addresses and type a personal message, click send and you done. Your friends or family will receive and email with pictures of your products and your personal message.

Product Compare

Once you have added two or more items, you can compare your selection in a pop up window. This will enable you to see the difference between your chosen products.

Send To Multiple Addresses

Multiple Addresses is useful if you would like to place one order but have different items sent to different people. When using this facility you add the different delivery names and addresses, select which product or products are going to who and choose the shipping method for each delivery address.

Ordering

We have tried to make shopping with Party International even easier. You will find our main menu at the top of the page, where you can select an appropriated Department or Category.
After your main selection you will be taken to the relevant page where you will find a menu of the left hand side. Our new menu system is a filter menu. This means that you can choose a Category, a price range, a brand range and any other attributes that show on the menu, and only products matching your choices will show.
Its important to know that at any time, you can reset your filter, or remove single choices.
We have chosen this kind of menu system to aid it quicker shopping. You don’t have to look through pages of product, you can select your options and the relevant product are displayed.

Products are displayed as thumbnails (small images) with a ‘Buy Now’ button for quick shopping. However this will not always show you full discounts available to you and does not show any product information.
When you locate the item that matches your needs, click on either the image, or the product name with the left hand mouse button and you will be taken to the product information page.
Here you will find the product description, price and discount information, alternative products, recommended products, reviews and any other relevant information. The page is very clear and easy to use.

Enter the quantity you require - in number of units or number of packs depending on the product description given - and click the 'Buy Now' button to place the item in your shopping basket. You also have the choice of adding an item to your wish list (Think of this as your personalised Shop) or your compare list.- Please see our Wish List and Compare Products for more information

You can view your Shopping Basket (cart) at any time by clicking on 'My Basket' at the top of the page. Once in your Shopping Cart you can add or remove the items in your basket individually, if you wish you can also get an estimate on shipping costs.

If your happy with your selection and wish to check out, please do so by selecting 'Checkout' or ‘Checkout with Multiple Addresses’ if part of your order needs to go to different people., you will then be taken to through the check out procedure.

If you want to continue shopping, click ‘Continue Shopping’.

Checking Out

After you have completed your selection of goods, either click on ‘Checkout' button from the shopping cart page, or click on Shopping Cart link at the top of the screen which will take you to your shopping cart.
On the checkout page you need to select either 'Checkout' or ‘Checkout with Multiple Addresses’. Use multiple addresses if you wish to send part of your order to different people. (See Multiple Addresses for more information) You will then be taken to the start of the checkout procedure. If you are an existing customer enter your email address and password and click 'Continue'.
If your a new customer you have the choice of checking out as a guest or registering at the same time. Registering only needs an email address and password as extra information, the rest is the same as a guest checkout. Guests cannot check order progress or have order history. Please see ‘Benefits Of An Account’ for more information.

The Checkout procedure is fast and easy to follow. Just following the steps when prompted and click ‘Continue’ when each step is completed.

Payment & Security

We accept payment by debit and credit cards and also by Google Checkout.

If your payment by card you should have with you a valid credit, debit or charge card. Enter your details - making sure the first line of the invoicing address matches that held by your card company and that all the fields marked thus (*) with an asterisk are completed correctly.
Complete the payment details until complete.
Our site is fully secure (SSL) and your card details are not held by us. All card payments are handled by Protx through their secure gateway.

Completed Orders

When you have completed all the above and your purchase has been successful, you will receive an e-mail confirming the details of your order, which will then be despatched in accordance with the Delivery option you have chosen. Please also read our Delivery section for further information.
You can at anytime see the status of your order by logging into your account and going to 'My Account' and ‘My Orders’.

Delivery

Currently we only support delivery by Royal Mail or Store Pick Up. As we extend the functionality of the site we will be adding other options.
Working days are Monday to Friday inclusive. Bank Holidays and Weekends are excluded.

The service you choose will start from the next working day.

Refunds and Returns

100% Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Party International then we will refund, exchange or replace your goods if you contact us within 7 working days from receipt of your delivery.
Goods must be returned in an unused and resalable condition.
All costs incurred in returning the product to Party International are the customer’s responsibility, and initial delivery costs are not refunded, only the cost paid for the good themselves.

A brief explanation why you have returned your goods would be helpful. We recommend that you use registered post or a recorded delivery service which requires a signature on receipt. If a returned item does not reach us and you have not used a signed for service, we will not make the refund, replacement or exchange.

Loss or Damage

If for any reason your order is lost or damaged Party International will replace your order.

Lost Items
If your order is not received, you must contact us within 10 working days from the dispatch date, but allow at least 5 full working days.

Replacement orders are not sent out until after conditions of the chosen delivery method have been met.
For example Royal Mail do not deem an item lost until after 15 working days therefore we would not replace the order until after this time. If a courier is used they may need to perform checks before they will confirm to us the item is lost. We would not send the replacement until these checks are performed and the item is confirmed as lost.

Damaged Items
If it is apparent the item is damaged we recommend you do not accept the delivery from the courier or postman, instead point out the item is damaged and request they return to sender and contact us immediately.
Failure to advise us of a returned item could lead to non replacement should the returned item not arrive.

If you either accept the delivery or open the parcel to find the good(s) damaged please contact us immediately. We will require evidence of damage ie a picture, before we will replace the item(s).

Completion of an order request and payment are deemed conclusive evidence that the customer agrees to be bound by these terms. This does not affect the customer’s Statutory Rights as a consumer.

2. The Contract

The contract between Party International and the customer comes into existence when Party International accepts the customer’s order i.e. when payment has been received. Party International is entitled to reverse or withdraw from contracts in the case of obvious typographical or arithmetical inaccuracies appearing in the Party International on-line store. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes arising will be decided only by the English courts. Party International makes no promise that materials on the PIL site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom, and accessing the Party International site from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access this site from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do this on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

3. Pricing and Availability

The prices of goods are those specified in the Party International on-line store. The prices, as displayed, are inclusive of VAT (at the current standard UK rate). There will be an additional charge for delivery – please see separate section. Orders are subject to availability. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. Party International will always endeavour to contact the customer should any product become unavailable and agree an adjustment to the customer’s order. If this is not possible, the order and total cost will be adjusted to disallow the unavailable product and dispatched; and the contract will then be deemed to have been fulfilled. Party International is entitled to deliver in part.
